PHV is composed of Pleasant Hill Residence, an independent living facility, and Pleasant Hill Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of our community members. We are truly a caring Christain community.
Pleasant Hill Healthcare is a 98 bed skilled nursing facility, which accepts private pay, Medicare and Medicaid. PHH offers 24-hour nursing care, personalized care plans, rehabilitation programs, special care wing for Alzheimer's, respite stays, adult day care and more.
Pleasant Hill Residence is an independent living facility with one-bed room and two-bed room apartments, which include a kitchen with appliances, washer & dryer, safety equipped bathroom(s), bay windows and more.
